Yes, there have been 71 scoreless ties in NFL history. However, none have occurred during the Super Bowl era, or even the post World War II era.

The last scoreless tie was a November 1943 game between the Giants and the Lions.

Not since regular season overtime was added in 1974.

The last 0-0 tie in a regular NFL game was in 1943. The Hall of Fame game participants were scoreless when a violent thunderstorm began in the fourth quarter. With 5:29 left in the game, the organizers called off the exhibition.

online playability im sure has been retired being the game is sort of old..i doubt if you can still download the rosters from the net through your ps2..getting the rosters on a ps3 would make it harder..it would suck but you may have to do them yourself..madden sucks compared to ESPN, there was better player animations, it was more realistic, the commentary was more personailized for each team and player..i liked it more than maddens crap

Why don't you believe this. I know it's been 2 months since your comment, but I'm intrigued.
