    The benefits of Physical Education are that it provides you with good daily exercise to keep you going for the rest of the day. In addtion, it helps you wake up, even if it's the last thing you feel like doing. I like physical education because I like to play sports and it makes me feel healthier and happier. Physical education is a good part of school because it ensures that students will be more awake and out of their seats! Good luck!
