Is $9,247 too much for 12 weeks in France + Moscow, Brussels, Amsterdam?

I'm going to France from April 21 to July 7 to see the country AND take language courses in the mornings to improve my French. **The $9,247 does NOT included MEALS for places with "**". I have to pay for:

I will probably buy some food from the store and pack it to lower costs.
Update: I'm flying from Paris to Moscow. The trip (flight, accomodation) to Moscow was under $500 so I thought why not! It's also cheaper to fly home from Moscow then Paris by $300 so that's why I'll be ending my trip there.
