The sex drive will kick in when Mother Nature is good and ready, you don't have to teach him about it at all.

Now, if you are asking if you can teach him to control his natural urges so that he does not breed indiscriminately, then the best time to begin that process is as soon as the breeder allows you to bring him home; it's done with serious obedience training (and, yes, dogs can be successfully taught to turn away from b*tches in high season).

Training for this is not only possible, it is routine for most in the working dog community. I, for example, have never used spay and neuter as a prevention against an unplanned breeding, and I have never had an accidental mating ... not in more than 40 years of keeping dogs.

    Transmitter...

Huh??? Do you plan to sit down with him for "the big talk" or have him watch reproductive videos?

News Flash: He could probably teach you a thing or two because it's obvious you don't have a clue!

You don't have to teach a dig. Unlike humans (who almost completely destroyed their instincts) dogs know to do it from birth.

Spare your dog. Teach it when it dies.
