Computer problems, windows nerds help me pls?

My computer had overclocking off and it is a mad thing now because it doesn't start and I got to BIOS setup and loaded failsafe stuff. However now since I know it's a hardware/software problem, how do I reset the memory if I can't even get it on now? I might be really wrong but help I dont want to take it in for my time and money's sake

first try unplugging it while its on, often this resets the bios

if it doesn't work there is a small battery inside, with the computer unplugged remove the battery for a few minutes then put it back in, that wipes the bios memory

there is a jumper inside to do the bios reset but often it is hard to find
