Burglary Question? (Crime Reports)?

On Crime Reports, you can select "Burglary" and it shows you all the ones in your area, but the more I look I around I realize there are three types. "Burglary" "Burglary-Veh" and "Burglary-Resid" I'm going to assume the second is vehicle, and the third is residential? If that was true does anybody know what the first one would be? I know it's not theft, because that is a diff category.

Also a lot of these places that just say "Burglary" are in the residential area, as in the neighborhoods, so I'm not sure what that means. Some of the houses that I know for a fact have been broken into just say "Burglary" while others say "Burglary-Resid"

Any idea on that?
