How many protons and neutrons are in these two isotopes? Help!?

Ok so science is not my best subject, and this question is soo confusing to me. "Oxygen-16 and oxygen-17 are isotopes. The numbers 16 and 17 represent their mass numbers, respectivley. If the element oxygen has an atomic number of 8, how many protons and neutrons are in these two isoptopes?"
