Arabic speaker, what does this mean and what are they saying?

Whenever muslims are protesting, they always say this phrase and I have no idea what they're on. The phrase sounds really funny and it sounds like 'loh hee loh hah eey lah loh' lol

What does it mean and what is it ha?

Update:

aaah thanks i finally understand haaaaa! :)

Update 2:

yeah it is the phrase, i just searched 'theres no god but allah' on youtube and now im listening to a very strange song lol

Update 3:

i'm not really researching into islam. i just saw a pro muslim protest on youtube and they were shouting that phrase A LOT lol. i have nothing against (non radical) islam though lol

Update 4:

also, i dont mean that the phrase is funny, of course its not funny, when i said it sounded funny, i meant to an outsider becuase i had no idea what they were saying and they were saying it so passionatly (sp?)
