What is the best way to make an International call and can calling cards be used on a cell phone? i have a sprint htc evo 4g Android 2.3.4 on a family data plan with 1500 anytime minutes. I am wanting to make calls to France. Will a calling card work without any additional costs added on to my monthly bill?

Yes, you can use calling cards to call france without any additional cost on your monthly bill. Or you can call using VoIP Services. To call using VoIP you need to have internet either WiFi or 3G/EDGE connection.

I usually use calling cards when I don't have internet connection, but if internet is available I use www.ivoipe.com. I have an account with ivoipe and I downloaded there application on my phone. Hope that was helpful
