What is going to happen to the United States Postal Service, they can't afford to pay retirements?

    They'll start to not deliver on more and more days until the USPS evolves into a pay as you go service like Fedex or UPS. I think they already discussed not delivering on Saturdays.

    Taxpayer bailouts, of course. Unlike the bailout of GM, the Post Office is a Constitutional function of the federal government.

    maybe if the union didn't milk them everyday the could afford retirement which is probably obscene anyway.

    Sue for specific performance and default, off course they could wait for tort reform and get really screwed...
