Can an airplane toilet really pull your intestines out of your butt if you flush it while still sitting?

I'm traveling next week and need to figure this out

Looking at your earlier question, it will obviously be better for you to fly after lunch and then the possibility of it happening will not arise!!

there have been thoughts, yet how precise they are, who knows. to shelter your self, get off the pot, before you flush. or do no longer use the centers aboard an air plane in flight. The waste is diverted to keeping tanks, that are emptied on the subsequent airport. the sole time this is ever "dumped" in air, is by using somebody's negligence of no longer appropriate securing valves controlling the device.

No. Flushing the toilet while you are sitting on it will do no harm.

Only if you sit on the toilet tightly enought to form a vacuum with extremely large force.
