Court ordered paternity tests vs. home tests?

I have taken 2 home paternity tests that say I am NOT the father now I'm doing it legally, what are the chances that it'll say I AM the father. Are home tests really all that accurate? the court is taking blood so im thinking thats more accurate then a swab test.

DNA is the same no matter where it is taken from. The at home paternity tests are very accurate. If it was the IDENTIGENE at home paternity test I can say it is 100% accurate. As long as the samples that were submitted did actually belong to the correct alleged father and child the results for the blood test will be the same results.

The fact that blood vs. swabs are used makes no difference.

Yes they are, and I compliment you for doing this. All men should be checking.

The clinical test should come back negative, unless the mother pulled some shenanigans like this mother did.http://www.canadiancrc.com/Newspaper_Articles/Albu...

Your case should be referred to a expert on DNA matters a lot.
