The fourth book is called Rapture and it will be out June 13, 2011 and there will be a movie by Disney. Here is a link with the information:

the film rights for all four books have been bought by disney! they'll make the movie after all books are released. kaya scodelario is rumoured to play luce and alex pettyfer for daniel. but it's an ongoing debate

rapture comes out winter/spring 2012 - it told me this in the back of Passion. :)) hope i helped :x the books are brilliance right?

Yes, there will be a movie. This could be a glimpse of the trailer not sure though.

And it is way too early to know if the 4th book will be realeased because the 3rd book came out about 3 months ago.
