Answering your question completelz would take a long time, and in Spanish Speaking countries the President is generally more symbolic and it is the Prime Minister who occupies the position of power

Click on the link for each country, and look for "Government" in the box on the right hand side. For example, Spain has a king, Juan Carlos I, and the Prime Minister is José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, while Colombia has Juan Manuel Santos as president. And so on ...
