Is the girl from the movie "Help" gay?

Okay so the beatles made a movie called "Help" and they say the girl in it is Really A guy is that true please help!!

    Maybe he was just doing it for the pay? I tried looking it up but the only video i saw of it showed just the beatles, no "girl".
