LISTEN GIRLY. these crash diets DON'T WORK. I tried the abc, the 2468, 500 cals a day, etc. and guess what? I failed on each one! Actually, I did do the 2468 for a few weeks but as soon as i went over i gained all the weight and MORE. You know how I got healthy? I ATE 1200 calories a day and exercised EVERYDAY 'cept for sunday. The fat MELTED off! Drink lots of water and eat really healthy.I only ate junk twice a week and I kept it under 200 cals. It's okay to snack every once in a while. Moderation is key.(:
Edit: Also, I'm a vegetarian. It's real easy to lose weight once you drop out meat. But I guess it would be okay to eat it every once and a while. Stay away from really salty and fatty foods.
