Anyone is better than Peterman.
Not sure about the numbers, but I bet Peterman lead the league in false starts.

He is an upgrade, not enough for it to make a big impact though.
The offensive line/running game/secondary/fragility of Stafford are still potential season ruining problems with or without Davis
