In my opinion, yes. Her looks are overrated, but she was really awkward looking when iCarly started. No offense to her of course, everyone has an awkward stage. I have no clue how her face will change from now to her 20's and 30's, i can't look into the future.

Yes, her face is kinda scary, she's cute but scary looking at the same time, she looks really really old
