What documents would a private business need to go public according to the Sarbanes Oxley Act?

Yes this is for school, and no I am not looking for someone to do my work for me. However in scanning the internet I come up with nothing. Can someone either tell me or atleast give me a link where I can find this information please. I dont mind doing my own work I just need for someone to please point me in the right direction.
