If the sky is clear and the Moon isn't too bright, you can. The four stars that form the Great Square are not terribly bright, so may be washed out by the bright Moon. You may do better in another week or 10 days when the Moon has moved out of the evening sky.
The Great Square is well placed in the eastern sky around 11 p.m. at this time of year. At that time, the Square is rising, so looks more like a diamond than a square.

Well, ..., yes you can. At 10:30PM tonight it should be due East at about 30 degrees in altitude.
You can download a free planetarium program stellarium (www.stellarium.org) and see for yourself where it will be in the night sky. Once you're sure of it's position then go out and find it.

Of course, you can. Remember, the same things in the sky are seen everywhere on globe at the same local times.
