Why can't my iPhone download files?

My iPhone cant download a majority of the files that I need. What can I do to fix this?

Safari on the iPhone does not support file downloads. There are 2 ways to download files on the iphone:

EASY: Go to the App Store and download a download manager app (there is a huge variety). Then, once you install it, run it. It should look like a browser, but with download support.

LESS EASY: Jailbreak your iPhone (there are tons of guides on the net to help you do it). Once you are done, go to Cydia and find a package named Safari Download Manager (it is paid). It will download everything needed to make Safari support file downloads.

    Hope I helped :)
