The other night i went sleepwalking and urinated in the hall. How do I stop sleepwalking?

Ive sleepwalked off and on over the years. Its never really been a problem and sometimes its pretty funny. However I now have an infant and Im fairly concerned about that. How do I stop my sleepwalking?
