Best Department of Public Safety in Houston, Tx.?

Question

Went to the DPS on Winkler to test for my driver's license and they always have a huge line, horrible service, cramped location, and filled up parking lot. I was looking for more opinions on better locations to make the least stressful visit to these hellholes.

Well, all of them are terribly inefficient and have unbearable waits. The one on south guessner had nice people and parking not too far away
