health foods ? 10POINTS?

Can somebody give me the top 20 or less , which ever .. Foods that you really shouldnt have , that someone would keep in a household ?

Examples - cheese , pizza , bread , fries.

Things like that .

& the top 5 work outs that will work the best ?

    In general:

    • Solid fats

    • Hydrogenated oils

    • White refined flour and sugar

    • Anything processed (i.e.: Velveeta Cheese, Cheez-Whiz, Coffee-mate, Reddi-wip, CoolWhip)

    • Soft drinks

    • MSG

    • Margarine

    • Anything with ingredients you can’t pronounce

    • Any juice made from concentrate

    • Artificial sweeteners

    • Anything out of a can

    • Processed/packaged lunch meat

    • Hot dogs (or as I like to refer to them as hooves and snouts)

    More specific:

    • Quaker Oats 100 % Natural Oats and Honey Granola

    • McDonald's hamburgers

    • Ramen noodles

    • Oscar Mayer Lunchables

    • Campbell’s condensed soups

    • Frozen chicken pot pies
