醃肉料

糖 ... 2茶匙
薑酒汁 ... 1大匙
嫩精 ... 11/2茶匙

太白粉 ... 1茶匙
水 ... 1/3飯碗
奶油 ... 1大匙
作法步驟:
1.牛肉用拍肉錘仔細將肉拍捶到肉質鬆開。
2.捶好的肉用醃料醃拌均勻,醃1~2 小時。(醃料要先混合均勻)
3.最好用平底鍋放入奶油,再將牛肉放下以大火煎至兩面都已變色,而肉的中間尚為紅肉色即可食用。(如不敢吃太生的朋友,可以一直煎到肉熟透為止)
