Handing in an application at Jama Juice - Dress formal?

I just printed and filled out a job application for Jamba Juice. I was going to go hand it in today buy my Mom told me going in jeans may not be the best idea but shes not really sure. Am I suppose to dress formal for handing in an application?

I've landed quite a few jobs by dressing formally and turning in an application/ directly handing it to the manager.

Although... it's also cost me a few interviews; it varies from place to place. abercrombie and fitch= dress very beach-attired/ casual to both application and interview, men's warehouse= formal attire.

Jamba Juice? I'd guess formal to both. Even if the uniform leans more on the casual side.
