Russian Prime Minister, Calls U.S. Parasite On The Global Economy?

So the USD is the global currency. If USA falled what happens to the rest of the world? Was he saying is true?

    Today's global economy is so intertwined that it would be impossible to remove one element without upsetting the whole apple-cart. But the US economy is vital. Without the US there is NO global economy.

    Do we get our fair share (and maybe a little more)? Yeah, but then since the middle of WW II we have also contributed our fair share (and always more than a little more). No, the United States is NOT a parasite on the global economy. Even in these tough economic times we contribute more to the world economy than anyone else on earth.

    Yes, what he said was accurate. That's one of the dirty little secrets that the rest of the world understands but most Americans have no idea.
