Filing Petition for Expunction in Texas?

Part of the process is to list all agencies with addresses that may have copies of my criminal arrest record. One example is the department of public safety.

When listing these addresses is it more appropriate to use PO. Box numbers or street addresses with the appropriate building or floor?
