Why is 0bama so much more sympathetic to the "rights" of illegal aliens than he is to the American people?

Update:

Will America be able to survive after the treasonous traitor is booted out of office next year?

Because they share something in common, that being illegally immigrating, and having relatives that are here illegally and on the government doll as well

    He's courting their votes.

Mexicans men marry women and have more children with them than they can care for. Most keep their "boyfriends" too. They come and go across our porous southern borders spreading disease.

Mexicans are still angry at Americans for stealing their land, so they send their losers north to re-inhabit their lost territories. Washington retaliates by sending them our jobs. Now Obama wants to, literally, give away the farm. His immigration policies reflect just that.

Most Mexican immigrants are failures in their home countries, because they are lazy and look for the easy way. Their homelands are filled with factory jobs that had once been held by Americans on US soil. They enter the US illegally, because entering the US legally requires some effort and they want the easy way. They don't value education and, consequently, neither do their children. Many look to crime instead of work that requires education and training. After all. they're looking for the easy way.

Now Obama wants to pave the easy way for these people by giving them a free ride.

    He is not

Deportation of illegals has gone up 10% during Obama's administration to about 1 million deportations a year when compared to his predecessor.

That being said, in regards to all the illegals who can stay (for whatever reason, this is dictated by law, not Obama) dealing with humans in a decent compassionate way should not be confused with "being more sympathetic to their rights than the American people's rights". I fail to see where in this country illegal immigrants have more opportunity than those who are citizens.

To relate this back to the article you cited, a direct quote:

"The scheme will cause the detention and harassment of authorized visitors, immigrants, and citizens who do not have or carry identification documents specified by the statute, or who otherwise will be swept into the ambit of H.B. 56's enforcement-at-all-costs approach," the lawsuit said.

It is never the goal to burden law enforcement with "detention and harassment of authorized visitors". Obama's administration is serious about border control, but believes this law infringes on the rights of our CITIZENS.

    From the article...

<<<<<"If allowed to go into effect, H.B. 56's enforcement scheme will conflict with and undermine the federal government's careful balance of immigration enforcement priorities and objectives," administration lawyers said in the lawsuit filed in federal court.

"The scheme will cause the detention and harassment of authorized visitors, immigrants, and citizens who do not have or carry identification documents specified by the statute, or who otherwise will be swept into the ambit of H.B. 56's enforcement-at-all-costs approach," the lawsuit said.

The administration, which sought an injunction to block the law from taking effect, argued that the U.S. Constitution bars the state from adopting its own immigration regime that interferes with the federal immigration system....

"Today's action makes clear that setting immigration policy and enforcing immigration laws is a national responsibility that cannot be addressed through a patchwork of state immigration laws," Attorney General Eric Holder said in a statement.>>>>

Whether you agree with this or not, it's not up to us to decipher our nations laws. These legitimate steps have to be taken to decide the constitutionality of states rights, where they begin, end and how far they go.

Where you get that Obama is more sympathetic to illegals I'll never understand but that's usual per your many out-in-left-field questions.

Go figure. Today Joe 'jobs is 3 letters' Biden called republicans terrorists. Meanwhile, libs can't use that word to describe real terrorists, like the muslims who attacked us on 9/11 or Maj Hasan who shouted 'allah akbar' before going on a killing spree at a US military base.

You can't say something that ignorant without providing some back up.

That's not what I'm talking about. Give me an example of Obama not caring about the rights of the American people.

  • A lot of American's are. It's ******* retarded. We have a defecit to fix, we can't do that by supporting people who give nothing back. That's an expense that should be cut.
