    Lexmark Colour Cartridge = $79

    New Lexmark printer = $69.99

Ps. Thats the cost in Australia, if you buy it in Melbourne it will be at Mexico price.

  • A whole printer is about the same prize as 1 or 2 cartridges

Its cheaper to make sure your printer can be manually refilled with bottled ink - A Brother is a good example.

With a new printer you get less ink in the cartridge if you bought a new printer, compared to a replacement ink cartridge. But with a new printer, you do get a 1 year warranty with it. You need to make a choice

It depends what type of printer you have invested in, but with the cheaper ones you may as well buy a new printer but, unfortunately, the ink in a cheap new printer is not filled up to maximum.

Sadly a printer is cheaper. They get us then by charging a lot for for the cartridges.
