乳房改良型根除手術:

侵犯性乳癌中度分化

(乳房本身腫瘤大小沒有提到,是否手術前已經先做切片切除??還是有漏寫一行)

腋下淋巴結清除手術一共清了11顆淋巴結其中沒有淋巴結感染,

在顯微鏡剪下有提到腫瘤大小為pT1c 表示乳房腫瘤是小於2公分,手術邊緣乾淨!

癌細胞的核分化是3級(表示是複製比較快速的)

動情愫ER :+ 黃體素PR+ 將來需要吃抗荷爾Tamoxifen 5年預防治療

致癌基因Her-2/neu :3+ 表示對標靶治療有效,但是健保不會支付,因為家人屬於早期乳癌~

其實病理報告,就算識睇English都未必清楚知道內容,因為有好多係醫學名稱同解釋,不過如果你有相屬醫生可以叫佢幫你看看,應該唔難嘅.
