What's a good everyday bike?

I don't race or do any tricks or things. I just want a bike that can get me from point A to B. Hopefully one that's good quality and ranges from $100-$200 dollars. Unless theres a really good one thats a bit over the range. Im a 13 year old girl and I weigh aroud 90 pounds. Oh and please tell me where I can buy the bike (Canadian tire, sportchek, national sports etc.) I live in CAnada

There's not much for that price range. This is the cheapest bike I could find that's half-decent.

It's a good Canadian brand that makes high-end cycles as well.

Sorry the price range is like way out, but the only stuff you can get from the shops you mentioned is complete garbage.

And no offense to Mark, but the bike in the second comment is in all likelihood too small for you to realistically use for longer than a year and a half.

"good quality" and "ranges from $100-$200" are not compatible. All the places you've mentioned sell "Bicycle Shaped Objects" - not real bicycles. Real bicycles are sold through REAL bicycle shops, not discount or big box stores or tire dealers. Raleigh, Specialized, Trek, Giant, Cannondale, etc., etc. are the brands to look for & test ride.

  • Trek Bicycles offers a really good basic girl's cruiser for $289. If you like the bike, maybe you can save or catch a sale at your local Trek dealer.http://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes/town/cruiser/...

    Best.
