Which of these graphics cards is best for gaming?
Here are the ones I had in mind but, I'm open to suggestions. (Keep it under $160)
1. ZOTAC nVidia GeForce 9600GSO 512 MB
2. PNY XLR8 GTS 250 1024 MB
3. PNY XLR8 GTS 450 1024MB
4. Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 1 GB
Looking to play games like CIV 5 and, some FPS games.
(Nothing like Crysis though xD)

Out of the list, the 5770 is best, but for that price, you can get a GTX 460 or 5850/6850 (which can handle Crysis 2)
XFX Radeon 6850 $160 - $30 rebate: (Comes with Shogun 2 free)
Zotac GTX 460 (overclocked) $155 - $40 rebate:
If you dont need a "Crysis 2" card:
eVGA 9800 GT (B-Stock) $40:
B-Stock are refurbished cards that come with a 90-day limited warranty and don't come with accessories.
Civ V is CPU intensive so you should be able to play on high settings, even with a 9800 GT.
Which FPS games? Team Fortress 2, Left4Dead, COD aren't very demanding, but if you want to play Battlefield: Bad Company 2, I'd recommend one of the higher cards.
Also, make sure your power supply can handle these cards. A lot of the higher end cards require a decent power supply. Even the 9800 GT requires a 350w PSU and a 6-pin pcie power connector. The 6850 and GTX 460 require 450w and two 6-pin pcie connectors. If you only have 1 pcie power connector, the cards will most likely come with a molex-to-pcie cable. If it doesn't then you can buy one for around $5 online. They look like:
A decent deal on a good power supply:
Enermax 500w $70 - $40 rebate:
A good deal on a great power supply:
Antec 620w Modular PSU $70 - $20rebate:
This is one that will probably last you forever and you won't need to buy another PSU (unless you want to SLI/Crossfire high end cards.
Make sure you get a good power supply. Good companies include: Antec, OCZ, Corsair, Enermax, Seasonic.
If you have a weak power supply without a 6-pin power connector, and don't want to buy a power supply, you might want to consider:
Sapphire Radeon 5670 $70 - $10 rebate:
This won't require a 6pin power connector.

Of those cards, the Radeon HD 5770 (now renamed the 6770) is best. The other cards in descending order of performance:
GeForce GTS 450
GeForce GTS 250
Newegg will have better prices on those cards. For example, you can get a Radeon HD 5770/6770 for about $100 after rebate:
As the previous poster mentioned, if you're willing to spend around $150 there are much better cards available (although you don't need those for RTS games like Civ 5).
To run any midrange cards above the Radeon HD 6670, you may need to upgrade your computer's power supply. The 6670 is the best card that doesn't require any external power.

that's a exceedingly good card for it particularly is technology, the Geforce 7 technology. in spite of the undeniable fact that, the Geforce 7 is 5 generations previous meaning it become released greater or less 5 years in the past. This in actuality potential it particularly previous on condition that technologies advances so speedy. present day video enjoying cards would be a minimum of 10x greater effective than the Geforce 7800. while you're finding for a card, i might exceedingly advise getting a sparkling one. Even a low cost 50 greenback present day low-end video card may well be lots greater effective.
