Pregnancy, and a hernia? Please read! 10 points?

I have an abdominal hernia, and so far it only comes out every once in a while. I'd say once or twice a day. I'm 7 weeks pregnant and very worried how this will effect my pregnancy. Will the hernia get worse once I start getting bigger? And will I be able to have a vaginal birth still? I'm very worried, so anyone who knows about this kinda stuff (nurses or doctors) please answer. No amateur comments please.

Update:

you get 10 points if you're not a dumba$$ wasting my time.

Better get that hernia repaired or it will get worse. Later in your pregnancy it will be harder to do. As well it will be riskier. At this stage, Lapascopy is still possible. It is far less invasive than Laparotomy, and less risky for the baby.
