What is the difference between Korean "저는"(Choneun) and "내가 "(Naega)?

Sorry if I spelled that wrong. But I know that 저는(choneun) (or 나는(naneun)) means I, and apparently so does "내가(naega)"? If they both do mean "I", what is the difference in using them?
I've tried googling it, but can't find anything, so this is my last resort.
