GS: how would you define these terms 'misogynist' and 'misandrist' in your own words?

    Men and Women who need to get a life and quit hat'n on eachother.

    Misogynist: Someone who hates women as a class.

    Misandrist: Someone who hates men as a class.

    I don't think I have ever used it to describe people, I don't pretend to know what goes on in their hearts. Especially over the internet, where you can't even be certain their posts even reflect their opinions. To me, these are mostly just used as emotionally charged buzz words to discredit a stance.

    I don't believe there's actually many of them. I always like lots of women and want to lose my virginity still

    misogynist - having a hatred/prejudice or fear (usually irrational) of females

    misandrist - having a hatred/prejudice or fear (usually irrational) of males
