Everything the is purely mechanical will be alright.
Things depending on power-mains will get a problem. Things with much wiring -- including old cars, because of the dynamo and so -- will have problem... the same with modern cars. Anything using semiconductors.
Vacuum-tubes would probably be OK, which is probably the reason why the Soviets did lots of work on miniaturizing tubes in the 80s. Cables that are dug down, and/or well shielded and/or grounded should fare better. Things that are off (and disconnected) may survive (at least as they don't have much wire inside which could cause power-generation... any large wad of conducting material, will become charged).
Of course, lots of military equipment is specifically shielded to withstand these effects. After all, there is no fun dropping Da Bomb, if you're bomber-plain collapses right afterwards. But civilians and civil-administration would take a major hit.
