13.3.3 any of the events in 10.1.1 to 10.1.2 occurs;then the Supplier shall forthwith deliver to the Pu~chasefrr ee of charge such drawings,patterns, specifications and other information as are required by the Purchaser (and itdoes not already own) to enable it to manufacture Spares for the Goods. The Purchasershall be entitled to retain such material for such time as is necessary for the exercise bythe Purchaser of its rights under this clause and, if the Supplier so requires, shall bereturned by the Purchaser to the Supplier in good order and condition (fair wear andtear excepted) at the Purchaser's cost and expense. 13.4 If the Purchaser exercises its rights under 13.2 or 13.3 the Supplier shall also grant to thePurchaser without payment of any royalty or charge full right and license to make or havemade Spares or replacement parts for the Goods and for such purposes only to use, make andhave made copies of all drawings, patterns, specifications and other information supplied bythe Supplier to the Purchaser pursuant to the Contract and which the Purchaser does notalready own. 13.5 The Purchaser undertakes that all drawings, patterns, specifications and other informationobtained from the Supplier under this clause shall be kept confidential and will only bedivulged as may be necessary for the purpose of making or having made Spares orreplacement parts for the Goods. 13.6 The Supplier will use its best endeavors to bind its own suppliers to conform with therequirements of clause 13 and will, prior to entry into any such sub-contract, provide thePurchaser with full details of any supplier who will not so conform in which event thePurchaser may direct the Supplier to seek an alternative supplier. Any additional costsincurred by the Supplier in placing any such sub-contract with an alternative supplier shall beadded to the Contract price.
