Free steam download games?

I am a RTS game player and I was wondering does anyone know any RTS games or any games that are on steam that are free to play?

The current Free To Play Games are

-Team Fortress 2

-Champions Online

-Alliance Of Valiant Arms

-Forsaken World

-Global Agenda

None of those games are RTS, but steam has some good sales going on until the 10th

How are you deleting them? you're able to be top-clicking the sport and figuring out on "Delete community content fabric". basically deleting the data from domicile windows makes Steam think of the sport is broken, no longer uninstalled, so it tries to repair it on each and every launch.
