Male, 33, apparently healthy. Grandparent with Parkinson's, father with essential tremor. Smoker (10/d), no alcohol or drug abuse. History of depression 10 years ago, treated with fluoxetine for 1 year with complete remission. Smoker (10/d), no alcohol or drug abuse. History of depression 10 years ago, treated with fluoxetine for 1 year with complete remission. History of panic disorder 3 years ago treated with clonazepam low dose for 2 years and fluoxetine until now. He presents with vague neurological symptoms: very mild tremor that increases with yawning (also mild muscular rigidity appears with yawning and resolves seconds after), bruxism, nocturnal leg cramps, occasional mild fasciculation in orbital muscles, frequent choking when drinking water (never seriously), mood swin
