Movie with spiders came out in 80s or 90s?

Question

This movie maby came out in late 1980's or 90's it is NOT Arachnophobia. I dont know the name of the movie but it ends with a guy pulling back a board ant the whole out side is covers with white spider webs. Apparently they held up in a apartment while spiders took over. Any one know this thanks?
