There's a character in Game of Thrones called Viserys Targaryen, whom my friend will only refer to as "Very Serious Tangerine". it's a laugh!

I say it as Day sha nell, but my mom is French and I am bilingual so her French surname is not out of the norm pronunciation wise, I agree Disney Channel is humorous though.

I find it easier to pronounce it the way its spelt, but your way is funnier
