Dr. P. Phillips Community Park (if it HAS to be a park).

We never say the "P." It's simply "Dr. Phillips" to locals. It's about 6-7 miles away, but worth it (still new, about all the facilities/activities you could want, safe, full court of course).

If it doesn't have to be a park, then going to Dr. Phillips High, or a neighboring apt. complex (e.g. Northbridge Apts is w/in walking distance, but a resident is supposed to be w/you) are good options. Don't do Oakridge High, or the other nearby schools that are north or east of the mall.

Probably should just ask one of your neighbors. There are many small parks with courts. One close to downtown at Delaney Park. Another just west of Orange Ave and Gatlin, In the Parramore area (near the ex Orlando arena) there are several.

Check the yellow pages, every place has some indoor courts, chat up hoop players at outdoor courts. Try schools or churches after hours or on wekends. Maybe even youth centers.
