LIl Wayne has talent, he's really creative himself. He's recognized as the artists with the largest numbers of singles in the world with fastest speed of production 3 songs/day.

The matter of being the best rapper can be viewed on various way of judgement.

When it comes to the rhythm and meaningful lyrics, Eminem is a lot better than Lil Wayne, after all, he won the award for his lyrics. When it comes to special voice, Lil Wayne does have his advantage. For the speed of rapping, I don't really think Lil Wayne can beat Busta Rythmes.

What I mean is, he can be the best under some certain criteria. The same goes for all other industry, in painting, opera, dancing, etc. You can only be the best under some certain point of views, there's no such thing as Best of Overall
