Diet plan under 1000 calories for an active teenage girl?

I am a 15 year old girl, 5ft 7 and about 120 pounds. I am a competitive gymnast and a competitive cheerleader, so i am pretty muscular and workout a lot. I've had weird, bad issues with food that i still deal with. I lost about 25 pounds last year in a short amount of time, but had to gain most of it back. I've had weird, bad issues with food that i still deal with. I lost about 25 pounds last year in a short amount of time, but had to gain most of it back. In one day, i usually eat a 140 package of oatmeal at 6:00a.m , and an apple later at 3:30, then anywhere from 300-600 calories for dinner. I' need a different meal plan that is healthy, low cal, and i could lose weight
