Definitely RZA, but Madlib is probably top ten.
BQ: NY State of Mind probably
BQ2: Depends how they use them, but it's alright.

Madlib because he's from the same town I am (Oxnard, CA)
RZA has the better body of work, but I prefer Madlib's abstract production.
BQ- There's alot I like, but I guess Get By- Talib Kweli
BQ2- I think it's cool when rappers use religious references. Especially when they reference a writing like the Bible or the Qu'ran. It shows that they're well read and know their subject matter. Unless they're saying some stupid sh*t, I think it makes them seem smarter. Even if they're atheist and against it, as long as they're smart about it then they get bonus points.

RZA, but Shades Of Blue is definitely a top 10 instrumental album for me.
BQ: A Million And One Questions
BQ2: I couldn't care less. As a atheist/pantheist, I'm neutral towards it.
