How do Republicans plan on winning back the two most populated counties in Texas?
Both Dallas and Harris County - each with populations of several million used to be Republican controlled, at least from the 80's until 2006. Then, in 2006, Dallas County kicked out every single Countywide Republican which was elected. The new D.A. was an African American Democrat, the Sheriff of Dallas County is an Openly gay Hispanic woman named Lupe Valdez.
In Harris County - the city of Houston went for Obama in 2008, kicked out a majority of republicans who held countywide office. In addition, Houston elected an open lesbian democrat for mayor, Annise Parker last year. How do republicans plan on winning these two counties back?
By the way, both Harris and Dallas Counties went from being over 50% white in 2000 to less than 35% white in 2010.

Well, this is a demographic fact for you. By 2040, Texas will be overwhelmingly hispanic according to Bush's former aid here. It's not just his estimate, most estimates say he's essentially right. But will all these hispanics be liberal? Hard to say what will happen.

properly, what I parent the Republicans ought to do is basically take a seat returned and experience out the Obama adventure as superb they are in a position to, keeping meticulous notes alongside the way. Then after 4 years of this lunacy, they might in all danger nominate Bush's horse and walk off with the election.

Cities in pretty much the entire country are like that. It's called "white flight". Wikipedia it.
Whenever you turn your city into a third world craphole, the upwardly mobile whites migrate to the suburbs. Then you watch the city destroy itself as they all join up in gangs and shoot it out with themselves.
2) it doesn't matter how many illegals you ship in. They can't vote. We ensured that by the Voter ID act. Only 33% of hispanics can actually vote, believe it or not. And of those 33 percent, many are Republicans. They aren't all republicans of course, but it doesn't matter. Only need 35% or so of that population. Plus you factor in low voter turnout, etc. All in all, its still a solidly Red State.

So why do Republicans keep winning Texas? Houston is known to be liberal anyways. It's the city of Dan Rather and Sheila Jackson Lee.

There were many changes in demographics and crime rates after Texas took in refugees from the inept democrat-controlled Louisiana after Katrina.

You are assuming that only whites are Republicans...and you couldn't be further from the truth.
There are many of us here in Texas, and in the Dallas area, who support a conservative agenda.

Nearly every inner big city is full of fiscal liberal/social conservative Democrats

very few people actually voted for the mayor. the voter turnout was obscenely low. all she'd have to do is pay a few bums to vote for her.
