Capturing field audio at 16mph winds?

We're shooting a film, and I'd like to know if I need to rent a zepelin for a Rode NTG-2.

I currently have it on a shock mount, the normal covering and the deadcat over it, but sometimes with strong winds its not enough.

Is 16mph something I should worry about? Its way too much dialogue to ADR

Should I rent the zepelin?

If you think it is necessary, do it. You can make, but i don't know if you have time, windscreens. Alternately, hire someone to hold a wind brake for you. Search "audio recording in the wind" in a search engine, go guerrilla, as long as it is not seen on the video, who cares what it looks like, as long as it works.
