Which is better Vilplume or Bellosom?

Im trying to add a kanto grass type to my team but I can't decide. I can't have Victreabel because i have firered.

Vileplume has 100 spe atk and 90 spe def and Bellossom has 90 spe atk and 100 spe def. It's not that big of a difference considering they have the same abilities.

There is little difference, but according to Bulbapedia, Bellossom has superior Sp. Def, while Vileplume has superior Sp. Atk.

They also have different movesets. Notably Vileplume can learn Solar Beam just by reaching a certain level.
