Doner Kebab for Diabetes?
My weight is about 87kg and am very tall; not overweight or obese according to graph.
I am trying my best to eat healthy all the time.
I have Diabetes Type 2 (because of parents - strong family of Diabetes).
I haven't had a Lamb Doner Kebab for almost 2 years now because it is very very fat.
We all know how unhealthy it is; around 1000 calories etc, salt amounts and other stuff.
I was wondering if I could have one just once.
At least help me decide whether to have or not, and if it will jeapordise something else or anything.
Explain the lows clearly etc please. Thank you.
